This Bowl is From The Paragon China company. Which now considered Part of the Royal Doulton Company.
The Paragon name has been retained ,mainly with designs based on traditional floral patterns. Unfortunately the early patterns by Paragon have been presumed lost, however those Royal design are still sought by collectors.
This open service bowl has a Beautiful Blue Rose with Grey fluted Leaves Handprinted in the inside wall showing one of those commemorative designs.
on the Top and and lower portion of this bowl is a HandPainted Silver Ring. that goes around the Whole bowl with a Gray and Blue fluted leaves on the midsection of the Bowl, and directly on The Bottom is Paragon China Company stamp embedded, with the Pattern Name "MorningRose".
Condition Near Perfect no chips very clean almost pure white. but item has on the bottom a very fine Scratch "microscopic" But does not take away from The condition, and Quality of this Bowl.
